LingoBloom is a language-learning platform that helps you study vocabulary through picture flashcards, visual mnemonics, and progress tracking. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content except as permitted by the Service
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

You may submit text descriptions and other content to create custom picture clues ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You represent that you have the rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

The Service may generate mnemonic images and other outputs based on your prompts and learning data. Generated content may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use generated content. We do not guarantee that generated images will be suitable for every learner or learning goal.

The Service, including its design, software, default vocabulary content, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding except as necessary to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, and other functions. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT USING IT WILL RESULT IN ANY PARTICULAR LEARNING OUTCOME.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
